Akzent Hotel Tietmeyer – Travel Conditions

Dear guest,

We are delighted that you have chosen the Münsterland region and our hotel as your destination. To avoid any misunderstandings, we kindly ask you to read these terms and conditions carefully and to comply with them.

1. Reservation

We accept your reservation request in writing, by telephone or in person. The accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room(s) have been booked and confirmed. The contracting parties are you as the tenant and us as the landlord. You will receive a reservation confirmation from us immediately after your registration.

2. Invoicing

The room rates quoted are per person per night/breakfast. They include VAT and service charges.

3. Cancellation of travel

You may cancel a reservation at any time. This cancellation must be declared to us in writing. The date of cancellation is determined by the date of receipt of the cancellation notice or, in the case of bookings made via portals (HS, Booking, Expedia, etc.), the terms and conditions of the respective booking portals apply. If you withdraw from the accommodation contract, we may demand compensation for the travel arrangements made and for our expenses.

The following cancellation fees apply: Up to 31 days before the start of the trip: 10% of the trip price Up to 21 days before the start of the trip: 20% of the travel price Up to 11 days before the start of the trip: 40% of the travel price Up to 7 days before the start of the trip: 60% of the travel price. After that, 80% of the travel price.

For group trips, we recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

4. Liability

The statutory provisions of the German Civil Code (BGB) and travel law apply.

5. Basic Rules

If, despite our careful preparation, you have cause for complaint, please contact our reception staff immediately.
